FANCL Confirms Saccharification Damage Control Function in White Aspergillus Ingredients

Through joint research with Kirin Holdings, FANCL has discovered that "14-dehydroergosterol (14-DHE)" contained in Kirin's "white koji mold" increases the enzyme "arginase 1" involved in skin beautifying functions. It has been announced that the signs of skin aging can be improved by continuous use of a serum containing koji mold extract.

This time, as a result of further elucidating the detailed mechanism of the skin beautifying function of "14-DHE" that has been confirmed so far, "14-DHE" increases arginase 1, inhibits glycation damage, and accelerates aging. It was found that suppressing this leads to anti-aging.
