Established a technology that can process milky lotion under high pressure and spray it directly on the face

Aerosol type skin care using nitrogen gas. Complete multiple skin care steps with one spray. Succeeded in shortening the time.

Naris Cosmetics Co., Ltd. has developed an original technology that has already been established to collide emulsions with high pressure to atomize them, and is the first in Japan to develop an aerosol-type all-in-one skin care technology that uses nitrogen gas that can be sprayed directly onto the face. established.

Some aerosol-type cosmetics use LPG gas or nitrogen gas. Products using LPG gas cannot be used directly on the face because the particles are fine when sprayed, and there is a risk of harm to health when inhaled into the lungs. Nitrogen gas has coarser particles than LPG gas, so it can be sprayed directly on the face. Until now, there have been lotions that generally use nitrogen gas, but we are the first to establish emulsion-type cosmetics as aerosol skin care products. Mixing oil and water is the basic technology in the development of cosmetics, but each company has a different technique for mixing water and oil, which normally do not mix.

What we have been doing so far has been to dilute the high-pressure treated oil into lotion using our original high-pressure treatment technology, which allows water to contain a large amount of oil. This time, for the first time, we have succeeded in developing an emulsion containing approximately 20% oil without dilution. Our lotions usually contain 1% to 2% oil (some lotions have around 3%), so we were able to add about 10 times more oil. . This high-pressure treatment technology can reduce oily stickiness, so even though it contains a lot of oil, it provides a non-sticky feel. By establishing a technology that allows this milky lotion to be sprayed, it is possible to have comfortable skin care in a short period of time.
