Kose uses mechanical recycled PP for product caps

 Kose is the first group in the group to use mechanical recycled PP (manufactured by Lotte Chemical) for the product cap of "Coenrich The Premium," which will be released from Kose Cosmetics Port under its umbrella on August 1. In the future, we will expand the use of existing caps for "Coenrich".

Mechanical recycled PP is one of the recycled materials. The recovered used polypropylene is sorted, crushed, and washed to thoroughly remove dirt and foreign substances on the surface, and then exposed to high temperature to stay inside the resin. Recycled after removing impurities.


For this mechanical recycling PP, we asked the FDA to evaluate the recycling process, and as a result of the evaluation, we adopted substances for which NOL (No Objection Letter) was issued.


In addition, it uses raw materials recycled from used certified household parts, and is highly safe and environmentally friendly.
