 Dainichiseika Color & Chemicals mfg. developed a new item of Chitosan derivatives.

It is a liquid of chitosan lactate that uses chitosan isolated and purified from natural

resources, mushrooms. Chitosan lactate is allergen-free because it is designed without

using crustaceans such as shrimp and crab, making it a liquid that can be used in a

variety of applications, including in the personal care field. KNK-L400 is rich in

moisturizing and film forming properties and has a characteristic tactile sensation.

Dainichiseika is now seeking to develop their line-ups of cosmetics ingredients.
