In July of this year, a polyglycerin plant will be added at the Ako Plant. As a result, the production capacity of polyglycerin, which is used as a moisturizer, will be expanded to 1.8 times the current capacity.

"The glycerin manufacturing equipment required a large-scale renovation in a span of about 20 years, and the existing equipment was aging. In addition, in order to respond to issues such as rising management costs due to stricter GMP standards. We have made a total of more than 10 billion yen in capital investment at the two factories. We have automated the production line so that people do not touch direct manufacturing, and assigned employees to the management department to that extent, and a wide range of applications including bureau grade. By more strictly managing the products of, we have established a system to provide products with stable quality and price. We will continue our efforts to invest corporate profits firmly to control production costs in the future. We would like to build a system and system that can stably provide products without being affected by rising costs of palm oil and palm oil. "
