Osaka Soda-The world's first discovery of lactic acid bacteria that produce NMN

 In collaboration with Shizuoka University, Han Soda announced that it has discovered the world's first lactic acid bacterium (NMN lactic acid bacterium) that produces nicotinamide mononucleotide, which has been attracting attention as an anti-aging substance in recent years, and has applied for a patent.


In the elucidation of functionality, it was also discovered that NMN lactic acid bacteria have the function of producing both collagen and hyaluronic acid components in skin cells. It is said that it can be developed as a raw material for cosmetics and as a new neutral succulent.
