Daicel Promotes Research on Cellulose Acetate Spherical Fine Particles

 Daicel, a chemical manufacturer, is promoting research and development of cosmetic raw materials using cellulose acetate, which has biodegradability.


Cellulose acetate is an eco-friendly material that consists of cellulose (vegetable fiber) and acetic acid as raw materials, and has the property of separating into cellulose and acetic acid by hydrolysis and returning to nature.
