Yamasa soy sauce, nucleotide "5'-cytidinelic acid" developed for cosmetic raw materials, anti-aging material

Yamasa Soy Sauce has embarked on a new initiative in the field of cosmetic raw materials as part of the development of nucleotide applications. 5'-cytidine monophosphate (5'-CMP), which is a type of nucleotide that is a constituent unit of ribonucleic acid (RNA), acts on the epidermal cells of the skin and is an inflammatory mediator by ultraviolet rays that is the starting point of various skin aging signals. It was found to suppress the overproduction of (physiologically active substance) that causes an inflammatory reaction. Taking advantage of its technological capabilities related to the handling of nucleic acids, we plan to propose 5'-cytidinelic acid as an anti-aging material to the cosmetics industry and other industries.
