POLA uses environmentally friendly materials and ingredients in commercial amenities

POLA INC. Announced on November 9 that it has adopted environmentally friendly and sustainable materials for its four domestic commercial amenities "Shower Break". At the same time, it has been renewed with a new moisturizing ingredient "Chrono Chardi" and royal jelly, and it has been announced that it will be released for hotels, inns and leisure facilities from February 21, 2022.

This time, recycled PET material was adopted as a sustainable material as the base material used for the applicator. This is not from virgin petroleum, but recycled mainly from PET bottles for beverages, refined on a production line certified by the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration), and 100% recycled PET material. ..

This has made it possible to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 63% compared to conventional petroleum-derived pet resin. In addition, we adopted forest certified paper for the outer box corrugated cardboard and the catalog.

In terms of ingredients, it contains the grape fruit extract "Chrono Chardi", a moisturizing ingredient that uses pomace generated during the production of white wine. We will contribute to the reduction of waste generation and the regeneration of by-products.

Other features of the product include the fact that "a new moisturizing ingredient, royal jelly, is combined with raw royal jelly in a double blend" and that the applicator (container) has a trilingual notation and a tactile identification label.

The four items renewed this time are shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and rinse-in shampoo.
