Euglena Co., Ltd. made Q'SAI a consolidated subsidiary in May 2021, and since then, the two companies have been discussing the possibility of business collaboration and synergy creation.

And this time, as the first step toward creating synergies between the two companies, we have started cooperation in the manufacture and sale of each of our main products.

Specifically, through this collaboration, Q'SAI's healthcare product "Knee Support Collagen" and skin care product "Korarich Series" will be released at Euglena's specialty stores and sales channels for physical stores such as beauty salons.

This will increase opportunities for more consumers to obtain Q'SAI products and further expand sales.

In addition, regarding "Euglena Green Powder", which is one of Euglena's main products, the production of "Euglena Green Powder", which had been outsourced to an external cooperating factory, will be transferred to Q'SAI's own factory in the future.

This is expected to have synergistic effects such as optimizing costs for the entire Euglena Group and improving the productivity of Q'SAI's own factory.

The production of "Euglena Green Powder for Body" at Q'SAI's own factory is scheduled to start around February 2022.
