Regarding biomass films, various films using some biomass raw materials and biomass plastics are being developed in order to reduce the environmental load and the consumption of petroleum, which is a depleting resource.

Specifically, we have realized the biomass conversion of PET film, OPP (biaxially stretched polypropylene), CPP (non-axially stretched polypropylene), and LLDPE (linear polyethylene).
