Mandom develops cream formulation technology that can contain 70% alcohol

 Mandom Corporation recently announced that it has succeeded in developing a cream formulation that can contain up to 70% of bactericidal alcohol.

A new emulsification technology that has both moisturizing power and bactericidal power, and is expected to be applied to hand care products in winter when the skin tends to dry.

Many of the disinfectants used to prevent and control coronavirus infection are alcohol-based, which have high bactericidal activity. On the other hand, alcohol-based disinfectants have been shown to promote dryness of the skin.
