Kao launches functional spreading agent for drones in China

Kao spreads pesticides on the surface of water-repellent crops so that they spread wet, and prevents the sprayed droplets from evaporating in the wind before they adhere to the crops. KAO ADJUVANT is a functional spreading agent for drone spraying. Sales of "A-200" started in July 2021 in China.

In the future, we will consider expanding this functional spreading agent globally.

In order to maintain the yield and quality of agricultural products, it is necessary to control pests by spraying pesticides, but in China, while the agricultural working population is decreasing, the area of agricultural land per producer is increasing, and automation of pesticide spraying work has been an issue.
