Features of papular acne scars

A retrospective study was conducted on 416 patients with acne scars. Based on clinical photographs, dermatologists classified acne scars into three types (atrophic, papular, and hypertrophic) and analyzed the clinical and histological features of papular acne scars.

As a result, 410 patients (98.56%) had atrophic scars, 53 patients (12.74%) had hypertrophic scars, and 46 patients (11.06%) had papular prurigo. Was there.
