Yamagata Gravure Proposes Environmentally Friendly Refill Container Inner Lid Film

Yamagata Gravure is proposing eco-friendly and sustainable specifications for the easy-peel inner lid film for cream product refill containers.

In addition to the composition of recycled polyester film for the new film, biomass-type printing ink and laminating adhesive are also used, and we are actively approaching users who are considering environmentally friendly packaging materials.

In addition, we are proposing aluminum vapor deposition film as an alternative, which is lighter than the aluminum foil used as an intermediate material for the conventional inner lid film and has a beautiful welding finish. We also make proposals.

The inner lid film is mainly used by being welded to the container mouth of the refill inner case for the purpose of maintaining the quality of the contents, reducing the volume, and preventing tampering.

At present, jars of the type in which the inner case is fitted into the outer case are recognized as eco-containers, and the number of manufacturers adopting them is increasing. In proportion to this, an increasing number of manufacturers are considering sustainable specifications for easy-peel inner lids.

The company has been manufacturing and selling inner lid films for cosmetics and food manufacturers for many years, and has supported the appropriate selection of containers and films by conducting trial production and welding tests to meet various customer needs.

We also sell a variety of independently developed inner lid welding machines that can punch lids from film rolls and weld them to containers with extremely accurate positioning.
