Cosmetics from seaweed for water-retaining effects on par with hyaluronic acid

Launched a cosmetics brand to utilize the discarded glue.

Nico Nico Nori announced that it will launch a cosmetics brand that utilizes "nori" and will sell a face mist as the first step.

The extract extracted from Susabinori has a water retention component comparable to hyaluronic acid, and is expected to have effects such as promoting water retention and film formation.

Due to global warming and other factors, nutrients in the ocean are depleting, and the amount of "glue" that loses color and cannot be commercialized is increasing.

In the future, the company is considering using the "glue" that is discarded in this way for cosmetics, and is considering selling bath salts and other products.
