Kose Holds Sustainable Workshop at Ginza Flagship Store

At the concept store "Maison KOSÉ Ginza", Kose will hold a workshop to produce fragrance artificial flowers at the concept store "Maison KOSÉ Ginza" using "Smink Art" developed by Morngata, which converts cosmetics into paints, as part of its sustainability promotion activities. It was carried out on the 8th and 18th. This event will be held every month as a place to aim for the realization of a sustainable society through beauty.

Since 2020, the company has been supporting the business of Morngata, which is promoting an up-cycle initiative to add new value to cosmetics that have finished their roles, and will provide cosmetics that will not eventually become products in the process of quality pursuit and management. By reusing cosmetics, we are working to achieve the 12th goal of SDGs, "Responsibility for making and responsibility for using".

At the workshop, we used the "Smink Art" kit to make paints from cosmetics. From the product testers whose sales of "Jill Stuart Beauty" have been discontinued, you can create fragrance artificial flowers by coloring colorless artificial flowers with cosmetic paints created by selecting your favorite color, and "Jill Stuart Crystal" for scenting cosmetic paints. "Bloom" was used.

Customers who actually experienced the event said, "It is attractive that cosmetics can be reused as paints" and "I want to practice using sleeping eye colors even at home", and in a new way He said that he enjoyed practicing how to use cosmetics.
