Iwase Cosfa acquires management rights of BNH

On September 28, Iwase Kosfa acquired the shares and management rights of BNN and completed the transfer procedure.

Since its founding in 1931, Iwase Cosfa has become a company that can contribute to Japan and the world as a group company under the management philosophy of "contributing to more people and more joy through beauty and health." Aiming to become, we are engaged in business centered on handling cosmetic raw materials and functional food materials.

Since its establishment in 1999, BN has been engaged in the manufacture and sale of dietary supplements, food ingredients, cosmetics, and food additives. It is a health food OEM company that can provide total support from sales of in-house developed materials, product planning to delivery of products, and boasts a high quality control level.

It is said that the acquisition of shares and management rights was made based on the judgment that the synergistic effects of the R & D capabilities, manufacturing functions, and sales capabilities of both companies can be expected in the functional food field.
